I designed the architectural framework for Target's Drive Up service page, where customers order items ahead of time, notify Target via the mobile app when they're on their way, park in a designated spot, confirm their arrival on the app, and then have an employee bring out their purchase. My role was to guide the design team in creating an intuitive and easy-to-navigate experience. I worked closely with Jeff Stuart, Lead UX Designer at Target, to ensure the design met both user and business needs.


Design Solution
Target needed a splash page for their upcoming Drive Up app and marketing campaign to communicate their new feature. The page had to clearly demonstrate the needs and simple steps for using this new feature.
